I am a qualified and experienced HCPC registered Creative Arts Psychotherapist using methods that can enable you to work through what you need to when words can sometimes be hard to find. Creative Arts Psychotherapy integrates psychotherapy with the creative arts to help you explore your emotions, process any worries and concerns you may have. Unlike traditional talking therapies this allows you to communicate, heal and work through any issues using non-verbal ways of working. Creative methods can bring about healing in a safe environment where you can process and express your feelings through self-exploration. The focus is not on your artistic skill but on self and emotional expression, insight, reflection and empowerment
Curious about how Arts Psychotherapy can support you or someone you care about or work with? I invite you to explore your therapeutic journey with me. More information on Dramatherapy can be found at
